Stant​on Sweeps

Giving the best service for you and your home...

Cancellation Policy:

  • If a customer has booked for us to do multiple sweeps/services, and change their mind on the amount they would like us to do, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • If a customer cancels within less than 24 hours before their appointment, they will be charged the full amount (100% of their original booking). 

  • If a customer isnt present, in of the time, forgotten the appointment agreed, or if their isnt access into the property to carry out the work, then the full amount of the original booking will be charged.

  • If we are unable to sweep the chimney because of its poor installation, it is still hot, or it is unsafe to use, then the customer will still be charged for the full sweep/service cost (100% of their original booking). 

  • We are not responsible for any object within your property, or around the stove, therefore suggest that all valuable items are removed from the area before our arrival. 

      We do our best to send out reminders leading up to your appointment date to    prevent this from happening.
